Dubai Hospital recently hosted a workshop on the use of ultrasound equipment for cardiac disease diagnostic. Specialists and technicians attended the workshop in large number and learn basics and skills required for this kind of diagnosis. Practical training was provided after theory and basics session.
Dr Arif Al Mulla, head of Cardiology Section at Dubai Hospital said "The aim of this workshop is to improve the skills of cardiologists and provide them enhanced training to deal with accident and emergency cases. The workshop also aims to increase the knowledge of cardiologists to enable them to conduct accurate diagnosis of emergency cases by conducting an ultrasound."
